I'm looking forward to meeting you soon and just wanted to give you some information about the day.

We start at 9:30am on your workshop day.

Please try to arrive on time - making cheese does take time and if we start late we will have a problem towards the end of the day.

If you are running late please text me so I know you are still coming. You’ll find my mobile number further down the page.

Lunch

Your workshop includes a $30 Fools of Desire Voucher for your lunch. At the end of the day we will enjoy a cheeseboard and if you have some money left on your voucher, you could add a glass of bubbles (or something similar) to go with it!

Please bring a container

You will be taking home the cheese you make and it will still be draining when you leave. Please can you bring 2 ice cream containers or a something similar about the same size. A shopping bag will also be useful as you will be taking home some other goodies as well.

Trust me - You really don’t want draining cheese leaking in your car!!!
