I'm looking forward to meeting you soon and just wanted to give you some information about the day.

Our workshop will be held at Fools of Desire Cafe, Conway Lane, Rangiora.

We start at 10:30am

Please try to arrive on time - making cheese does take time and if we start late we will have a problem towards the end of the day. If you'd like a pre-workshop coffee please allow time to order that.

If you are running late please text me so I know you are still coming. You’ll find my mobile number further down the page.

Lunch is provided

You will receive a $30 voucher to spend on food and drinks at the cafe and we will provide some cheese with some Christmas ideas at the end of the day. The cafe is licensed so you might even want a nice cool beverage to enjoy with the cheese!

Please bring a container

You will be taking home the cheese you make and it will still be draining when you leave. Please can you bring 2 ice cream containers or a something similar about the same size. If you have one of these, this is perfect and will be able to fit all your cheese. A shopping bag will also be useful as you will be taking home some other goodies as well.

Trust me - You really don’t want draining cheese leaking in your car!!!
