We're looking forward to meeting you soon and just wanted to give you some information about the day - including a map (please see below) as we live in a rabbit's warren!

Our start time is in the subject line of this email

Please try to arrive on time - making cheese does take time and if we start late we will have a problem towards the end of the day.

If you are running late please text Anne so we know you are still coming. You’ll find her mobile number further down the page.

Parking

The workshop will be held at The Incubator - Creative Hub in Tauranga. We will send a map soon.

Please bring a container

You will be taking home the cheese you make and it will still be draining when you leave. Please can you bring 2 ice cream containers or a something similar about the same size. If you have one of these, this is perfect and will be able to fit all your cheese. A shopping bag will also be useful as you will be taking home some other goodies as well.

Trust me - You really don’t want draining cheese leaking in your car!!!

Pre workshop Coffee

You might want to pick up a coffee on the way to the workshop. We recommend our friends at Market & Main about 1 minute walk away from our workshop.
