De Iuliis Wines at the Chef's Table

Only opening in the evening once a month, this is a chance to enjoy a dining experience in one of the most unexpected locations. Connecting food lovers with the people who lovingly tend to the produce used in the restaurant. It may be a wine maker, a grower or supplier that will feature in the menu of the evening. 

This month will feature the wines from De lulius. A family business that has been making wine for four generations and who's story began with horseback journeys in the mountains of Abruzzi in Italy.

Winemakers, Mike De Iuliis and Emily Glover, are both highly respected in the wine industry for their commitment to producing exceptional wines. Mike De Iuliis is known for his expertise in crafting classic Hunter varieties such as semillon and shiraz, and pioneering alternative varieties such as pecorino, touriga and montepulciano. Emily Glover leads the next generation of Hunter Valley winemakers carving up the industry and is recognised for her innovative approach to winemaking and her dedication to sustainability.

Our guest hosts will bring the cellar door experience to the table where you will enjoy amazing wines, learn more about the history and wine making, along with a 4-course menu curated to perfectly complement the wines.
