Join us for a night of elegant indulgence with a 6-course degustation menu curated by our Head Chef to showcase some of the exciting new dishes to be included in our summer menu. Focusing on native ingredients, our summer menu will highlight produce from local suppliers and put a spotlight on Australian cuisine. Elevate your evening and add on a wine pairing with your experience. Each course will be served with a wine from our menu, selected to compliment each dish to perfection.

At the end of each course, all guests will be given the opportunity to critique each dish and provide feedback on the good and the great, a genuine opportunity for guests to be involved in the development of what we believe will be one of our best menus yet!
