Celebrity Chef Sian Redgrave Creates A Culinary Sensation for Winter Solstice Long Lunch

The Urban Winery Sydney’s Chef X Winemaker lunch series are back, and this one you won’t want to miss!
This June, Urban Winery Sydney has invited Sian Redgrave, winner of The Great Australian Bake Off to host the Winter Solstice Long Lunch alongside head winemaker Alex Retief, founder of the A.Retief wine label and Australia’s first true urban winery.
A creative at heart, Sian Redgrave combines her passion for fashion and art in all her cooking and during the Winter Solstice Long Lunch you will indulge in her personalised menu paired with a comprehensive tasting of the A.Retief label.
The wines are made on-site, using grapes from three contract vineyards in southern New South Wales in Young, Wagga and Tumbarumba. Similarly, the menu will focus on a range of local, seasonal produce where Sian can showcase some of her favourite food and share some truly delicious dishes!
