Chertsey Excursion

Join us on a visit to Chertsey!
We were going to start this event with lunch at the Chertsey Tavern & Cafe but the new owners are still working on getting it open... so instead we will start at Community House with a potluck lunch in the Rakaia Room at 12pm. Aside from enjoying lunch and having a chit chat, you will also be taken on a tour of our new office!
Get to know some new people over lunch and then head to the Chertsey Book Barn at 1pm where you can spend as long as you like looking through the vast collection of second hand books. Head home whenever you've had enough. It can be very cold in the book barn, so remember to bring some extra layers for this part of the trip!
As always, our TimeBank events are open to anyone coming along, so they are a great opportunity to meet new people as well as connect with timebankers.
When registering let us know if you need a ride (or can offer one) from Ashburton to the Chertsey Book Barn at 1pm.
