Chess is a rich and rewarding game that will challenge you mentally while testing your competitive spirit.

This class is for those *who already know the basics* (rules, moves etc) and are looking to learn from studying a master game and then want a chance to put what they’ve learnt into practice.

What we will cover?

This unique class will start with a lecture on a famous game, showing key moments and ideas you can use in your own games.

Then you will get to play a game against the teacher, who will be playing simultaneously against all participants in the class. This means that you get the chance to play a strong opponent, while still having good chances to win.

What you will need?

All you need is a playful attitude.

We will provide boards and winning moves!

Who will be teaching?

Rafael is a certified chess coach and has taught in schools, clubs and online.

He has experience with students from the age of 6 to 80, and currently ranked in the top 99.5% of players on chess.com.

Also an avid writer of poetry, short stories and nonfiction, his work appears in publications online and around the world.
