Please read the following information before booking
Willows & Wine are hosting a chess night! Verse friends and enemies. There will be laughter, there will be banter, and hopefully we will have ourselves a grandmaster.
What to expect:
All tables will be social! Individual tickets for purchase only
Chessboards provided
Traditional chess + other chess varieties
Full food & drink menu available
Our resident chess player/employee will be there to guide you for help on rules!
Tickets include a drink on arrival
Failure to attend booking without notice may result in being banned from booking future events - if you can't come, just let us know!
FAQs
- Can I bring my own games?
Yes! Of course! We will be supplying board & card games. We'll have all your basics like scrabble, chess etc. with some others.
- Can I arrive after 6pm?
Try and get here between 6-7pm! If you're running late just let us know:)
- What do I get with my ticket?
You get a free drink on arrival! This will not include cocktails or hot drinks.
- I'm unable to make it for this day, will you have other game nights this year?
Yes we will! We'll be having these events for the rest of the year with variations. Coming up (to be announced) we have a chess night and will be doing something special for halloween. Follow our socials and subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date with events!
