What is Chi Nei Tsang?

Also known as ‘Abdominal Detox Massage’, literally translated ‘Chi Nei Tsang’ means ‘working the energy of the internal organs’.

We work to train the internal organs to function more efficient using various methods of massage and bodywork.

Unprocessed emotions are addressed as are all the bodily systems : digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, muscular-skeletal and the chakra and meridian systems.

I also incorporate aspects of shamanic practices and processes that call upon the wisdom of the elements and nature based practices that assist in the deeper movement of chi.

What can Chi Nei Tsang help with?
