Making his CHI WOW WAH CITY debut, Quackers from the Byron Bay Shire will captivate us with his unique sound. Adding to the mix, CHI WOW WAH favourites Dulce & Chelsea Brown will be injecting their feminine energy behind the wheels of steel, ensuring the dance floor vibes are maintained at an all time high!
