Alcohol Disclaimer (21+): Alcohol will be served at this event. You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older if consuming alcohol. You agree to drink responsibly. The event organizers and affiliates are not liable for any consequences resulting from alcohol consumption, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or legal issues.
Liability Waiver: The organizers, venue, vendors, performers, sponsors, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur during or after the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You agree to hold them harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third parties (e.g., vendors, performers, venue staff, other attendees) or for conditions of the venue or premises not directly controlled by us.
Personal Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and fellow attendees. Anyone who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, dangerous, or illegal behavior may be removed from the event without refund.
Parking & Personal Belongings: Parking is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or towing of vehicles or any personal property brought onto the premises.
Photo/Video Release: By entering the event, you grant permission to be photographed or recorded for promotional, archival, or commercial use, without compensation or approval rights.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, venue changes, or acts of God.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event organizers, partners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your actions, attendance, or violation of these terms.
