Chicken Dumplings with Qing

What’s it all about?

We all love dumplings, but how many of us can create this yumminess in our own kitchen?

In this class we will touch on the history of dumplings before moving onto the practical hands on approach to make your own dumpling potstickers to cook at home and ending the class with a yummy tasting session!

What will we cover?

In this lesson you will learn the hands on approach to making your own Chicken dumpling filling, followed by how to fold the dumplings with store bought skins then pan frying them potsticker style.

We will also teach you a simple dipping sauce and chopsticks skills to those who want to learn!

Who will be teaching?

Qing loves to cook for her family and learnt traditional methods from her parents. She has many passions and also teaches classes on origami and beading. Her hobbies include dressmaking and embroidery.
