Session Overview
Vicsport is pleased to be partnering with the Commission for Children and Young People (CCYP) to bring the industry our next Child Safe Sport Community of Practice.
This opportunity is available to all staff from Victorian State Sport Associations (SSAs), Regional Sport Assemblies (RSAs) and State Sport & Recreation Bodies (SSRBs).
Supported by the Victorian State Government, this session will explore the Reportable Conduct Scheme (The Scheme) and how it applies to Sporting Organisations.
We encourage sport organisations and associations that deliver disability specific programs and opportunities to attend this workshop.
The workshop will include:
A presentation from CCYP on the Reportable Conduct Scheme and the link between sport
Panel discussions on how SSAs have navigated the scheme
Sports specific case studies regarding the scheme
Networking
