Cost

$650 per couple (maximum 10 couples per workshop)
Cost includes all workshop content, access to two midwives, worksheets and checklists as well as lunch, morning/afternoon tea and refreshments.

• Warning signs during pregnancy
• Signs and stages of labour and when to go to hospital
• Hormones involves in labour and how labour begins
• Coping strategies for labour including breathing, massage, positions, visualisation and more
