Children Empowerment: Building Resilience Workshop for Kids 🌱

Looking for a meaningful and fun activity for your child these school holidays?

Zen Tea Lounge Foundation’s Children Empowerment Program provides a safe and engaging space where children can learn, connect and develop important skills for their emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Our Building Resilience Workshop is designed for children aged 5–12 years and uses age-appropriate storytelling, creative activities and interactive learning to help children build confidence and understand their emotions, relationships and personal boundaries.

What will children learn?

During the workshop, children will explore:

🌟 Confidence & self-esteem – recognising their strengths and feeling good about who they are

💬 Emotional awareness – identifying feelings and learning healthy ways to express them

🛡️ Personal boundaries – understanding that their body and personal space belong to them

🤝 Healthy relationships – learning about respect, kindness and how we treat others

🌱 Resilience – developing positive ways to cope with challenges and difficult emotions

💕 Empathy & kindness – understanding how their actions can make a difference to others

A fun and interactive experience

Children will learn through creative activities, storytelling, discussion and hands-on participation in a welcoming community environment.

The workshop is designed to be educational while still being fun, engaging and age-appropriate for children.
