Zen Tea Lounge Foundation invites you to an interactive workshop designed to empower children aged 5-12 by teaching them essential skills to build emotional resilience.

Workshop Highlights:

Healthy Boundaries

Children will learn to establish and maintain healthy boundaries in various situations.

Story Time & Discussion

Participants will read "Only for Me," fostering discussions on body awareness and understanding personal boundaries.

Multicultural Cooking Experience

Kids will learn to prepare Vietnamese fresh rolls, connecting cooking with self-awareness, respect, and personal choices.

Coping Strategies & Role-Playing

Through breathing exercises and role-play, children will learn practical ways to manage uncomfortable situations.

Location: Prairievale Public School

Ages: 5-12 years

Cost: Free (Donations Welcome)
