Frequently Asked Questions

What time do I need to arrive by?
Please arrive between 10 to 10.25 before the entertainers arrive. There may be a short wait in line as we check everyone's tickets, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

How many tickets do I need to book?
Please book 1 ticket per person attending.

How do I book tickets for the dance class?
If your child would like to participate in the dance class, book a "General Admission + Dance Class" ticket for them

Example: If you have 2 adults and 2 children attending the event but only 1 child wants to attend the dance class, book:
3 General Admission tickets (for both adults and 1 child)
1 Dance + General Admission ticket (for the child dancing)

This helps us ensure there will be enough space for everyone to enjoy the class, there will be seating for parents supervising or feel free to get involved to help your little dancer feel comfortable.

What should my child wear to the dance class?
We want your little dancer to be comfortable but no specific dance wear is needed.

What time will the dance class be held?
The dance class will run from 10.30 to 11.00am. Please be on time or you will miss out.

What sustainable materials will be used at the craft tables?
We will be using sticks, leaves, yarn and you may also find flowers and seed pods. Colouring will be on separate tables if you have any allergies.

Please note we will be taking photos during the event, please let our volunteer at the entry know if you don't want your family included in photos.
