Event description

Using recycled glass jars and the preserved colour and beauty of pressed spring flowers, create a magical land, lit up with imagination! This session will begin with a mindful nature visualisation to enhance awe and wonder. Note: battery operated T-lights are provided for safety, however with landfill in mind, T-lights are preferred. These make wonderful night lights.

Facilitated by Nature Creative

Suitable for ages 5-12 years. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Nature Creative partners again with Carrick Hill for this year's Nature Festival with a delightful Spring theme that encourage the Awe and Wonder of Nature!

Nature Creative connects children to nature using ecofriendly and sustainable, creative art processes.

Tanya is an Art Therapist that also teaches Art Classes from her nature surrounded studio near Belair National Park. She strongly believes that Nature is our best teacher and by connecting to nature we are connecting to our most balanced, innate self.

Nature Creative art classes inspire observation and exploration of nature, engaging with it creatively to appreciate its immense beauty. Such processes are proven to enhance mental health and wellbeing.
