Party at The Grounds!
Celebrate your child's birthday in style at The Grounds of Alexandria, where we provide a space under our beautiful arbour, fun-filled entertainment, and delicious food that everyone will love. Best of all, we'll handle all the clean-up so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the festivities without lifting a finger!
Your Package Includes:
- Venue: a table under The Arbour at The Grounds of Alexandria for 2 hours.
- Food & Beverage: 1x kids meal per child (choice between Beef, Chicken, or Fish burger); 1x woodfired pizza to share between 2 adults; chips and a fruit platter for the table. End with 1x 'show stopping' confetti cake.
- Entertainment: start the fun with some colouring sheets then head over to our kid's playground for communal access to the kid's ball pit play equipment; meet, feed and pet Selena Goatmez, Baabara Streisand and our other resident goats.
- Kid Friendly Decoration: table cloth, cutlery and crockery; party hats; balloons and simple florals.
Important Information:
- Bookings are available for allocated times (11am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm) and cannot be extended for late arrivals.
- A minimum of 16 tickets (and a maximum of 30 tickets) must be purchased for each session, with a minimum of 8 kids per party. We strongly recommend a ratio of at least 1 adult to 5 children, as supervision will not be provided by The Grounds on the day.
- This experience is suitable for children aged 2-12 years old. Children over the age of 12 years will be considered as adults.
- The menu is fixed and cannot be altered for individual requests.
- Styling is subject to change without prior notice.
- Balloons, party hats and flowers can be taken home after your party, but the vases and tableware must stay. Charges may apply for missing items.
- The space will be available for pre-event set-up up to 15 minutes before the booking time.
- These parties will take place in a public space that will not be sectioned off on the day.
- Additional food and beverage items will be charged separately on the day and will incur a 10% service fee and a 15% public holiday surcharge (when applicable).
- This event will occur outside, undercover and as such, will go ahead in all weather conditions.
- All bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Any changes to your booking must also be finalised before this cutoff. Full event cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your session to be eligible for a refund.
