Childrens Yoga 5-7 years

Come along for a fun and playful yoga session designed especially for children aged 5–7 years. Children will be introduced to yoga through a combination of simple poses, movement, breathing exercises, games and imaginative activities.

Yoga is a wonderful way for children to develop balance, coordination, flexibility and body awareness, while also building self-confidence and learning how to take a mindful moment when they need it.

Parents must stay onsite for the duration of the session.
