Ensemble Q Australia

World-class artistry. Extraordinary experiences.

Hailed by Limelight as “Australia's top echelon of musicians”, Ensemble Q brings together some of the country's finest instrumentalists to create chamber music experiences that are as exhilarating as they are intimate.

Founded in Brisbane in 2017 by acclaimed musicians and Artistic Directors Paul and Trish Dean, Ensemble Q has become one of Australia's leading chamber ensembles, celebrated for its exceptional musicianship, adventurous programming and warm connection with audiences.

From the beautiful surrounds of The University of Queensland's GHD Auditorium to the intimacy of our sell-out Whiskey Bar concerts, immersive festivals and national tours, every Ensemble Q performance is an invitation to experience extraordinary music up close.

Alongside the great masterpieces of chamber music, Ensemble Q champions Australian composers and nurtures the next generation of musicians through its innovative education and mentorship programs.
