Valerie is a former MKR finalist and now heads up her own restsaurant, New Farm Bistro. With a flair for heritage cooking, she is Brisbane's "Queen of Spice".

Valerie has also been a judge at Briz Chilli Fest and Chillogan Chilli Fests over the years.

Children's meals will be available for separate purchase.

Scarlett's Spicy Supermarket will be stocked with some chilli goodies to purchase on the day.
