Event description

We will be celebrating the lantern festival weekend with a Chinese Herbal Tea workshop with Christina Xu followed by a dumpling making class with the experts from Taste of Shanghai!

The Chinese herbal tea workshop will demonstrate the tea ceremony and serve Taiwan high mountain tea. You will also learn the knowledge of traditional Chinese herbal tea and prepare your own.

In the dumpling making class, participants will learn to make their very own Xiao Long Bao and Steamed Prawn and Chive Dumplings, the way the team at Taste of Shanghai make them.
