For this edition of Chip & Sip, we’re cracking open four bold flavours from American chip makers Boulder Canyon and pairing each with a carefully selected wine from around the world.
You’ll taste your way through four Boulder Canyon chips and four matching wines, exploring what happens when salt, acidity, spice, smoke and crunch meet the right glass of vino.
Expect Olive Oil & Sea Salt, Malt Vinegar & Sea Salt, Jalapeño Cheddar and Hickory Barbeque, paired with everything from crisp Albariño to off-dry Riesling and juicy Merlot.
No wine snobbery. No fancy food. Just really good wine, really good chips, and the surprisingly serious business of finding the perfect pairing.
