Our first community mental health meet up. We will be introducing Chips and Chat as a safe space to discuss mental health issues and well-being. Our aim is to create a space where we can discuss topics of everyone's interest and needs, bring new insights and educational components, as well as provide practical support and ideas on how to manage mental health challenges and work toward better well-being.

There are a bounty of topics we will bring to the space and we also encourage the community to suggest topics and ideas, to create a collective wisdom, and as a group, to learn from each other in a collaborative and supportive way.

We welcome everyone 16 years and over to join our monthly meet ups, to create a community around discussing well-being as a normal part of our lives. We'll also be developing a tool kit to provide everyone with a take-home resource.

These groups are free, however, bookings are required and if you are able to provide, please add a small donation towards chips supplies, other refreshments and resources.
