Chisholm St: Reminiscence

Event description

Chisholm St is a live performance space on Wadawurrung country, Ballarat. We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land and recognise that their sovereignty was never ceded.

Hosted by Bronwyn Blaiklock, Chisholm St is an intimate foray into fascinating corners of classical music. Launched in March 2021, this diverse series of concerts by regional musicians and spoken word performers gives you a rare glimpse into creative music-making, up close and personal.

Chisholm St: November

We can rely on music to lead our minds into gentle reminiscence. Join Bronwyn Blaiklock (piano) for a program that will give you space to rest, reflect and unwind. Intimate solo piano works, including the nostalgic Irish Tune from County Derry (Grainger) and Tales of an Old Grandmother (Prokofiev), will sooth and restore you.

This is the last concert in the 2022 Chisholm St series. Chisholm St performances will recommence in early February, 2023. Stay after the concert to enjoy some refreshments (provided) and community.
