Across a curated one-hour tasting, you’ll work your way through 10 chocolate tastings, including award-winning truffles, alongside six wines and four Chocolate Sambarino liqueur pours. Along the way, the team will take you behind the scenes of chocolate making, winemaking and the art of the perfect pairing, revealing exactly why these Margaret River favourites work so well together.
