    Welcome to Ma Petite Pâtisserie, fine plant-based cooking school located in Manuka.

    Close your eyes. Imagine half spheres with hard chocolate shells. Break them with your spoon and discover an airy chocolate mousse, then a moist hazelnut sponge and finish with a hazelnut praline crunchy at the base.

    Elevate your skills as you will learn to make:
    -a chocolate shell
    -an airy chocolate mousse
    -a hazelnut sponge
    -a hazelnut and almond praline
    -a hazelnut crunchy
    -caramelised hazelnuts

    All of these preparations are made using only plant-based ingredients (No dairy, no eggs).

    Each participant will go home with 4 individual Chocolate royals.

    Two dates offered for this class: 6/04/2024 and 13/04/2024
