Welcome to Ma Petite Pâtisserie – Fine Plant-Based Cooking School

Join us for a masterclass in plant-based pastry where you’ll discover the secrets behind creating a show-stopping chocolate mousse cake. Under the guidance of Head Chef Faustyne L’Hostis, you will learn to craft every element: a light and airy sponge, a luscious praline layer, a crunchy base, silky chocolate mousse beautifully piped.

Along the way, you’ll refine your piping skills and gain confidence in professional pastry techniques. By the end of the class, you’ll take home your own beautifully finished 6-serve mousse cake – a true patisserie masterpiece made entirely plant-based.
