Get ready for a chocolate-filled afternoon experiencing our Chocolate Master Class.
During the Master Class, you will learn everything there is to know about chocolate from chocolate expert, Shari Aubrey from Fiamma Chocolate.
Discover the secrets of how to truly taste chocolate, using all five of your senses, as you make your way through a 8 of the world's best chocolates - tasting dark, milk, blonde and maybe even black chocolate!
All chocolate is sourced from the best craft chocolate makers from around the globe. As an example, your chocolate may come from as far afield as Iceland, Lithuania, France and Ecuador - along with local makers from New Zealand and Australia. Oh, and we only deal in super ethical chocolate :)
You'll also learn how the humble cacao bean is turned into the food we all love today.
And we'll share with you the history of chocolate with stories of why chocolate hasn't always been a harmless delicacy: from its bloody Aztec past, to why it was associated with the height of debauchery in 1650's London - and then how it's become a relatively innocent sweet treat in modern times.
