The text of Scripture is more readily available to us than ever before. Not only has the Bible and portions of it been translated into thousands of languages, but we also have access to reference books and bible software that promise insight into its original languages. Given this, one may wonder why the study of Greek and Hebrew continues to be a cornerstone of theological education. In this lecture, Dr. Chris Fresch discusses why we study the biblical languages, how they continue to inform and affect us today, and how this serves Christians in Adelaide and across the globe.
