Have A Go At Music!
Can't decide which instrument for your child to try? This is a general music workshop designed for little people aged 5yrs - 7 yrs to explore a variety of instruments and to gain an introduction to some key concepts of music with one thing in mind: Making Music FUN!
Incorporating, singing, movement, piano, musical play, group games, the use of tuned percussion ( chime bars & xylophone type instruments), FUN musical theory, drumming & hand held percussion this session will pack a musical punch!
During the one hour session participants will:
* Have hands on experience with a variety of instruments including piano, bucket drums, percussion & singing.
* Be introduced to reading music and identifying notes
* Participate in a group music ensemble activity
* Play a variety of FUN group musical games
* Learn about rhythm & rhythm note reading via FUN group activities
* Have FUN!
Runs on : Tuesday 11th July 10:00am for Ages 5-7yrs
Strictly
limited to 8 x attendees per session, these musical workshops are
designed for beginners aged 5yrs - 7yrs old with no previous
experience and offers the chance to 'have a go'!
