Christian Patey

Christian Patey is a Sunshine Coast-based singer, songwriter and music producer who performs a mixture of acoustic and electronic music, with a voice similar to Chet Faker and Rufus. He's supported Boo Seeka, Thundamentals, Tash Sultana, Tora and many others, as well as earning sold-out headline shows and Triple J airplay. Christian has worked with Jimmy2sox (one half of Flight Facilities), landed a vocal sample on Rae Sremmurd's album Sr3mm alongside The Weeknd, Pharrell and Travis Scott, and also worked on PARTYNEXTDOOR's album PX3 alongside Drake. 

In 2025, Christian released his first acoustic album, Fluorescent, featuring Phoebe Rose, and joined Boo Seeka's Raw Files tour, supporting them at their Toowoomba show. He also wrote with What So Not on new music at Tiny House Records on the Sunshine Coast. He rounded out the year by making his European performance debut with an acoustic set in the German city of Lübeck. 

Christian is currently touring his latest acoustic album, ‘Fluorescent’ across Queensland as a three-piece band, His most recent show was to a packed audience at Eudlo Hall, drawing a crowd of over 100 music lovers, where he surprised them by bringing out a local choir, singing ‘Guidance From Our Ancestors.
