Join us for a soul-nourishing experience at Christies Beach

This inclusive, casual community yoga session is intended to make yoga, mindfulness, and singing & chanting accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background.

Each week, we'll flow through a combination of singing, chanting, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, vinyasa flow, and gentle yin stretches—all accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean. The focus will vary depending on the day and the energy of the group, ensuring that each session feels fresh and spontaneous.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you’re invited to bring your voice, a shaker or any instruments you’d like, or simply your presence. Every session is an opportunity to explore, connect, and rejuvenate in a welcoming heart space.
