This session incorporates a potent combination of modalities that take us straight to our rested, insightful, and heartfelt selves. The structure of the ceremony has been refined over many years.

During the ceremony, you will be guided through heart-focused and mindfulness meditations. You will experience an immersion into leading-edge sound technology and evocative soundscapes.
