Celebrate Christmas Day in the Grand Surrounds of Cellos

Leave the cooking to us this Christmas and gather family and friends for a festive lunch in the magnificent surrounds of Cellos Grand Dining Room.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles on arrival, followed by a generous Christmas feast featuring a shared charcuterie plate, gin-spiked prawn cocktail and a traditional buffet and carvery.

Christmas favourites take centre stage with turkey breast, thyme and apricot stuffing, house-made cranberry sauce and traditional gravy, accompanied by duck fat roast potatoes, honey-glazed root vegetables, broccolini with tarragon butter and baby beetroot with fresh horseradish.

And because no Christmas celebration is complete without something sweet, the dessert station will be laden with festive favourites including croquembouche, sherry trifle, gingerbread and warm house-made plum pudding with rum custard.

Throughout the afternoon, enjoy live Christmas music, festive theming and a special visit from Santa, bringing an extra touch of Christmas magic to the celebration.

Mulled wine will be offered to finish, followed by tea and coffee, and guests will take home a special gift bag containing house-made Christmas cake.

It’s a wonderfully relaxed way to enjoy Christmas Day together, surrounded by good food, music and festive cheer in one of Sydney’s most beautiful heritage dining rooms.
