  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Do you see the snow falling? Hear the bells jingling? Smell the air getting more and more festive? Yeah… me neither. Nonetheless it’s time for Christmas in July! Join us for a festive lunch in the UC Refectory. Ice some cookies, feast on Christmas lunch and enjoy the celebrations!

Arrive at the UC Refectory, the main hall in Building 1, where our Christmas themed event will be set up towards the rear of the room. The event is accessible through flat ground from the UC Concourse or via elevators behind Mizzuna café. A buffet will be setup with various Christmas themed foods. We attempt to cover as many dietaries as we can at our food events, please ask us if you have any concerns about possible allergens or dietary requirements.

The Social Intensity Scale is 4/5 as you will be socialising while you eat and decorate your cookies.

We are always flexible and willing to work with our students so we want to hear from you if there are any accessibility requirements that will make it easier to attend our event!
