• Do I need to know how to dance?

  Not at all! This is a social event, not a dance class. Some people will be dancing all night, others will be chatting, sipping wine and soaking up the atmosphere. Do whatever feels comfortable for you.

• Can I come on my own?

  Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo. Dance & Sip events are designed to be friendly, welcoming and easy to join, even if you don't know anyone beforehand.

• What age group attends?

  Most of our guests are aged 40+, but everyone over 18 is welcome. The focus is on creating a fun, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere for adults.

• What should I wear?

  Christmas-themed outfits are encouraged! 🎄
  Think Christmas jumpers, Santa hats, reindeer antlers, festive colours or anything that helps you get into the Christmas spirit.

• What's the Ugly Sweater Competition?

  Simply wear your funniest, most outrageous or most creative Christmas sweater/jumper and you could win a prize on the night!

• Is there a dress code?

  Festive Christmas attire is encouraged but not compulsory. Come dressed up or simply add a touch of Christmas spirit.

• Is there seating available?

  Yes. There will be seating available for those who would like to relax, chat and enjoy the atmosphere between dances.

• What music will be played?

  Expect a mix of crowd favourites, party anthems, singalongs and dance floor classics from different decades, with a few Christmas favourites thrown in for good measure.

• Will food be available?

  Honey Rider offers food and drinks for purchase throughout the evening. Please check the venue menu for available options.

• Is Mulled Wine included in the ticket?

  No. Mulled Wine will be available for purchase from the bar.

• Can I bring my friends?

  Absolutely! The more the merrier. Christmas is all about celebrating together.

• Is there parking nearby?

  Yes. There is street parking available around the venue and nearby public transport options.

• What time does the event finish?

  The event starts at 6:00pm and continues into the evening. You're welcome to arrive from 6:00pm and stay for as long as you're enjoying yourself.

• What if I don't celebrate Christmas?

  That's perfectly fine. Christmas in July is really about bringing people together for a fun winter social event. Everyone is welcome.

• Will there be photos taken?

  Yes. We may take photos and videos during the event to capture the fun and share highlights on social media and future promotions.

• Is there a refund policy?

  Please refer to the ticketing platform's refund policy at the time of booking.

• What makes Dance & Sip different?

  Dance & Sip isn't a nightclub, a dance class or a singles event. It's a relaxed social experience where adults can meet new people, reconnect with friends, enjoy great music, dance if they wish and simply have a fantastic night out close to home. 🎄🍷💃🕺✨
