Join us at The 7 Valleys so you can salsa, tango, and cha-cha your way into a festive mood with our DJ and authentic Cuban/Latino menu designed by our own talented and creative Chef Dan. Plus, be entertained by local professional dancer Meloney & Co. who will be lighting up the dance floor and offering some basic dance instruction, so you too can feel the exotic vibe of South America from your head to your toes!
After dinner you can enjoy some drinks and vibes provided by DJ SAS.

1.CEVICHE KINGFISH: A distinct bold flavoured fish, with Tigers Milk (fish stock & ginger), sweet potato & corn topped with crispy squid, fresh coriander & onion salsa topping.
OR
2.DUO PASTRY: Pao De Queijos (Gluten Free)- Brazilian cheese bread rolls made with Feta, Parmesan and Mozarella served with Argentinean Empanada (Not GF): baked bread dough with beef brisket filling, olives cumin, raisins, cayenne pepper and paprika.
MAIN MEAL OPTIONS:
1.CAZUELA DE MARISCOS (CARIBBEAN SEAFOOD BISQUE): From our chefs own region, a creamy soup made with mussels, prawns, fish, coriander, garlic, onion, coconut, parsley and tomato paste.
OR
2.TURKEY CARVING: Marinated in mild Chipotle sauce and served with sweet coconut raisins rice.
PLUS PLAINTAIN CHIPS: Both mains come with a serving of fried Plantain Chips.
DESSERT OPTIONS:
1.CHURROS: Choux pastry deep-fried with served Dulche De Leche (decadent caramel dipping sauce), a Mexican Staple.

2.TRES LECHES CAKE: Sweet, rich, moist, creamy and textured 3 milk cake topped with lavish amounts of fresh cream. A popular Latin American dessert.
