Christmas in July - Your Mortgage Coach Fundraiser for Rise 2 Foundation

Are you ready to jingle & mingle?

Your Mortgage Coach is proud to support the Sunshine Coast’s Rise2 Foundation charity by hosting our inaugural Christmas in July Fundraiser lunch – and we’d love to be festive with you!

It’s a truly innovative fundraiser to support the most vulnerable tweens and teens in our community. Instead of asking you for money, we invite you to donate a gift card of any amount and kind for a child aged 12 – 18 years, who is on a recovery journey after experiencing domestic and family violence.

The RISE2 Foundation and its parent not-for-profit organisation Coast2Bay Housing, currently provides safe, secure homes for almost 200 teenagers. Although the charity hosts an annual kids’ toy drive before Christmas, we’re aiming to ensure that every older child also feels included.

The reality is that these teens recovering from trauma may not otherwise celebrate Christmas. Your gift card reassures them that someone in our community cares and offers them a sense of empowerment by giving them the chance to choose something they really want or need.

Your gift card will be distributed by Rise2 Foundation at Christmas, in a personalised Christmas card handwritten by their support team, so that these amazing, resilient teenagers can pick their own dream gift.

Your Mortgage Coach is delighted to work with local, family-owned restaurant Uptown Social to ensure everyone who attends this one-of-a-kind, festive function also receives a little something special.
