• Is the Christmas lunch a buffet?

  Yes. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat festive buffet featuring fresh seafood, traditional Christmas carvery, hot dishes, salads, children’s favourites and a selection of desserts

• Are beverages included?

  Yes. The Christmas lunch includes our selected beverage package with beer, wine, sparkling, cider, soft drinks and juices. Tea and coffee will also be available.

• Are children welcome?

  Absolutely. Christmas Day at Mulberry Estate is designed to be a family-friendly celebration. Our buffet includes child-friendly favourites such as chicken nuggets and chips alongside the full Christmas selection.

• Do you cater for dietary requirements?

  Our buffet includes a range of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. While we take care when preparing and serving food, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

• Can we choose our own table?

  Tables will be allocated by our events team based on booking size and room layout. Specific table requests can be noted, however they cannot be guaranteed.

• Is parking available?

  Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available at Mulberry Estate. We recommend allowing a little extra time for parking as Christmas Day will be busy.

• Is the venue accessible?

  Yes. Please let us know when booking if anyone in your group has accessibility requirements so we can arrange the most suitable seating and access.

• Can we bring our own food, drinks or cake?

  As Christmas Day is a fully catered event, outside food and beverages are generally not required. If you have a special requirement, please contact our team before the event.

• Will there be Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere?

  Absolutely. Mulberry Estate will be dressed for Christmas, creating a relaxed and festive setting for families to celebrate together overlooking the Swan River.

• Do we need to book in advance?

  Yes. Christmas Day is one of our most popular events and pre-booking is essential. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred session.

• Do we need to arrive at the start of our session?

  No. Guests are welcome to arrive at any time during their booked session. Please note that each session will finish at the advertised time, regardless of your arrival time, so we recommend allowing plenty of time to relax and enjoy the full Christmas buffet experience.

• Are dogs allowed at the event?

  Mulberry Estate is dog-friendly; however, dogs are not permitted inside the function rooms. As this Christmas Day event will be held indoors, we recommend leaving your dog at home so you can relax and enjoy the celebration comfortably.

• Are children aged 3 and under free?

  Yes. Children aged 3 and under are free of charge. Please note that a separate plate or individual meal will not be provided for children in this age group. They are welcome to share from their parent or guardian’s plate.

• Can we play mini golf before or after our Christmas lunch session?

  Yes. Mini golf will be complimentary on Christmas Day and can be enjoyed either before, during or after your booked lunch session, subject to availability.
