Join me for a luscious, restful experience as we reflect & release the year passed & M E L T into our bodies for 90mins of deep nervous system Love!

We will begin by grounding into the space with guided practices & optional vocal toning tailored specially to bring the body back to its most restful & present state.
From here we transition into fluid movement & calming breath work to release any extra built up tension from your day.. I also love to infuse aromatherapy & self massage into my offerings to deepen the experience.. know this is optional..!

Followed by a calming Tea ceremony tuning into the element of Fire as we move into the summer season!

You will then snuggle in & allow me to guide you into a deep somatic meditation journey.. accompanied by delicious healing tones & frequencies.. weaved together by moi with love..

We will come back slowly & easefully.. allowing you to M E L T into your evening..
