Christmas Artisan & Pottery Market

It's time to book your space for this year's Christmas Market at the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre!!

As part of the Christmas in Cooroy festivities, we welcome local Artisans and Potters to sell their works and wares.

Date: Friday 12 December
Market run time: 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
Bump in time: Staggered, starting from 2.00pm
Cost: $45-$50 per stall
Location: 11 Maple Street, Cooroy

What you need to know:

• Most stall areas are undercover and are 2m x 1.5m in size

• There are also 6 stalls in the open area at rear suitable for a 3 x 3m gazebo

• BYO everything needed (tables, chairs, marquees, payment systems, lights).

Very limited spaces available so book now!

NOTE: Maple St will be closed to vehicles from 3:30 - 8:30pm. Bump in times will be allocated between 2:00 - 2:30pm.

Bookings close 17 November 2025

Following booking, you will receive an email booking confirmation. Then in mid November you will be sent another email with full details for the event, including site number.

Christmas Market Terms and Conditions 2025

The Terms and Conditions enclosed in this document apply to all stall holders who have been approved to occupy a stall at the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre Artisan and Pottery Market, 12 December 2025 at 11 Maple Street COOROY 4563. By booking as well as paying a stall you agree to the terms and conditions enclosed in this document. This document is subject to change at any time as deemed by the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre. This document covers all stalls at each location.

The Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre reserve the right to cancel a stall booking if the items to be sold are deemed not suitable to the handmade theme of the market. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

• Stall holders are solely responsible for facilitating all transactions (sales, refunds)

• Stall holders must provide their own point of sale, trestle table and other necessary equipment

• Stall holders are solely responsible for their stall and wares (including security, breakages etc)

• Stall holders must adhere to the bump in and bump out times

• Stall holders must check in with a staff member on their arrival

• Stall holders to be aware of the WHS requirements, the location of First Aid Kit and the Emergency Evacuation procedures. There is a first aid kit available in the kitchen of the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre.

• Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security and monies. No responsibility is taken by the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre for theft, loss or damage.

• Stall holders are responsible to adhere to a ‘code of conduct’ to staff and to all customers at the event

• Stallholders agree to set up and pack down their stall spaces in a safe and secure manner to ensure the safety of all shoppers

• Stallholders are required to remove all excessive rubbish from the market

• We encourage using eco-friendly bags such as recycled paper or enviro bags

In the event of an accident, injury or emergency the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre has a safety procedure in place to ensure the incident is handled efficiently, please notify staff or call emergency services if needed

Refund policy: a full refund can be provided when written notification is received
at least fourteen days before the market start date and time.

Trading Details:

The market operates on Friday 12 December 4 – 8pm as advertised on the website, Facebook and Instagram. All stalls must be set up and ready to trade at the commencement as specified by the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre. All stalls must cease trading and commence pack down at the end of the trading hours. All stallholders must stay for the duration of the market.

NOTE: Maple Street will be closed to vehicles from 4:00 – 8:00pm

Public walkways must always be kept clear.

Should the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre Artisan and Pottery market be cancelled in advance due to reasons of emergency, danger, weather conditions, thunderstorms, severe wind, heatwaves, safety, public health concerns, or other reasons that are not in reasonable control of the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre we will be communicating with stall holders to resolve.
