Christmas Slow Down

A Christmas Slow Down 🌿✨

Yoga & Botanical Star Wreath Workshop

What if you gave yourself a morning to pause before the Christmas rush begins?

Join Bloom to Breathe for a beautiful morning of gentle yoga, mindfulness and botanical creativity at Kariong Hall.

Kariong is understood to mean “meeting place” — a fitting setting for a morning of coming together, slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves, each other and the natural world.

We'll begin with a grounding slow-flow yoga practice to release tension, reconnect with our breath and find a little balance amid the busyness of life.

After a cup of herbal tea and a festive treat, we'll gather to create our own natural botanical Christmas star wreaths using beautiful magnolia sticks, pine cones, cinnamon, star anise, succulents and natural textures.

Inspired by the star as a symbol of light, hope and guidance, each wreath will be a unique creation to bring a little handmade magic into your home this Christmas.

🌿 Your morning includes:

- Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga

- Guided relaxation and mindfulness

- All materials and tuition for your botanical star wreath

- Herbal tea and festive treats

- Your handmade creation to take home

No previous yoga or floristry experience is needed. Just come as you are, take a breath and enjoy a little time for yourself.

✨ A morning to move, breathe, create and connect.
