Unwind, move and create in this gentle, playful workshop guided by Emily.
Children will be introduced to simple yoga and relaxation activities designed to build balance, focus and body awareness in a fun and supportive way. Alongside movement, they’ll explore nature-based creativity by making their own Christmas wreath, using natural materials, textures and seasonal touches to create something special to take home.
This workshop blends mindfulness, movement and making, giving children a calm and engaging space to stretch, breathe, create and express themselves. Designed as a shared, mixed-age experience, it encourages connection, confidence and creativity in a welcoming group setting.
A lovely way to slow down, get creative and enjoy a little Christmas magic in nature. 🎄🌿
All materials provided: Just bring comfortable clothes and enthusiasm
Snacks included: Fresh fruit, crackers and biscuits
