Event description
Have a go at making clay ornaments and hand made stamps for cards and wrapping paper
1pm – 3pm Saturday 11th December
Two activities to bring the Christmas season to life in a mindful, creative and Australian way!
One: Using clay we will make small ornaments decorated with flower or leaf prints or carved with your own design or motif. Celebrating the local season at this beautiful time of year. Beautiful gifts, reusable gift tags or decorations for the tree.
Two: Using rubber print making materials we will make stamps to decorate cards, wrapping paper or gift tags. Learn how to make your own personalised stamps to use year after year – simple and easy to do.
Kate from Mindful Family Life will also talk a little about mindfully celebrating Christmas and ways to keep things simple and make you own. Choosing connection rather than consumerism.
