Calling all community support and advocacy organisations/groups dedicated to supporting people living with chronic conditions in the ACT: Come and join the Health Care Consumer's Association Chronic Conditions Network!

The aim of this network is to connect like-minded people and collaborate on issues of importance in the delivery of health services and provide awareness, connection, collaboration, coordination and partnership opportunities.

The Network will meet monthly, alternating between in-person during the day and online during the afternoons. Register for the online meetings here.

10:00-10:30am	Introduction and Service Updates Each person will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and talk about what they do.
10:30-11:00am	Key Topic Discussion This may be a keynote speaker, a presentation or a targeted open discussion on a topic of interest/advocacy issue.
11:00-11:30am	Relationship Building and Networking This will be unstructured open communication across the floor in a relaxed setting.

Please Note: This network is currently not accepting membership from corporate businesses or private service providers for NDIS /Aged Care packages, however if you would like to advertise your business to the Network you can complete our Service Update Form at https://forms.office.com/r/H3ETQrLHuv. This update is circulated to the network monthly.
