Get ready for an evening filled with chuckles, cheese & wine and great company!

Welcome to one of my regular community laughter events which anyone can join - the focus is on laughter, socialising and food!

After introductions, we'll share a series of intentional laughter exercises together and enjoy their powerful wellness benefits – in just a short time of group guffaws and giggles we can:

Reduce stress
Boost our mood
Foster stronger connections
Increase our immune function, increase pain tolerance and cardiovascular health!

What’s not to love?!!

Our laughter session will be followed with the opportunity to connect, enjoy each other's company and compare notes on how we are feeling after having laughed heartily together.

Don’t leave laughter to chance!

All over 18s are welcome! Bring yourself and your friends to an uplifting, fun and social event that promises to tickle your funny bone and fill your belly with delicious cheese & wine!
