With a strong background in strategic partnerships and technology, Sinéad is committed to fostering collaboration between Microsoft and the dynamic health tech and public sector communities throughout Asia. Sinéad also serves as the ANZ Co-Chair of Code; Without Barriers. In this role, she advocates for initiatives aimed at upskilling women in technology, believing that diversity drives innovation and enriches the tech landscape. An inspiring social leader, Sinéad is deeply interested in how technology and human connection can transform lives. Through her efforts, she aims to create a network of forward-thinking professionals dedicated to driving positive change in both the healthcare and public sectors across Asia.

Baker "Becker" Tamory, Senior Go To Market Manager data & AI, Australia & New Zealand, at Microsoft

Baker “Becker” Tamory is a Senior Go-To-Market Manager for Data & AI at Microsoft, responsible for leading Data & AI strategy for the largest enterprises in Australia and New Zealand. With 28 years in enterprise sales, he has held key roles at companies such as Apple, Oracle, CEB (now Gartner), Experian, and Talend. Since 2008, Baker has specialized in data, helping organizations unlock its potential for strategic decision-making and innovation.

For the past eight years, he has been instrumental in helping the NSW Government establish modern data analytics platforms and is an active member of the NSW Digital, Data & AI Taskforce. His global career spans the Middle East, the USA, and Australia.

Known for bridging the gap between technology and business, Baker translates complex concepts into practical strategies that drive real-world impact. He also serves on the AI Ethics Committee of the Australian Computer Society.
